We are preferred providers with most insurance carriers. After completing pertinent new patient health information, the Doctor will take a thorough history of your complaints and any related medical issues. An individualized exam will be performed to diagnose and offer to you the most appropriate treatment option. TOS discount is a reduction in the regular fee for those paying in full.
